Evans and Paul is a multi-faceted manufacturing firm with divisions specializing in product solutions and custom fabrication of architectural mill-work, case work, solid surface, quartz/natural stone, glass, and toilet partitions. Each division is equipped with full scale in house service from estimation to installation. Founded in 1998, Evans and Paul saw the industry’s need for a one stop shop that could handle package projects. Because we manage and manufacture all in house, we are able to provide a more seamless integration of different materials onto a project at a competitive market price.
Jeffrey Evans is our Founder and CEO. With over 25 years of experience working alongside the executive team of a Fortune 500 company, Jeffrey specializes in administrative technology. Jeffrey is a powerful force in the workplace and uses his positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. He is inspired daily by his wife and their two children. In his free time, Jeffrey likes to hike and play video games with his grandson.

While in school, he earned the 2014 Edmund Gains Award for his exemplary academic performance and leadership skills.
Paul Rossi is our CFO. He opens the line of communication between clients, customers, and businesses to get projects done. With over 20 years in both public and private sectors, Paul has experience in management consultation, team building, professional development, strategic implementation, and company collaboration. Paul has managed projects at TechPoint International, Cyberry, and Induster. Paul holds an MBA from Dartmouth University and a current PMP® certification.
